Humans are in every way like fruit eaters, very similar to grass-eaters and nothing like meat eaters. The human digestive system, tooth and jaw structure and bodily functions are completely different to carnivorous animals. As is the case of the Anthropoid ape, the human digestive system is twelve times the length of our body; our skin has millions of tiny pores to evaporate water to cool the body by sweating; we drink water
by suction like all other vegetarian animals (as opposed to carnivores who lap with their tongue); our tooth and jaw structure is vegetarian; and our saliva is alkaline, containing ptyalin for pre-digestion of grains. Human beings clearly are not carnivores by physiology—our anatomy and digestive system show that we evolved over millions of years living on fruit, nuts, grains and vegetables.
On top of this our natural instincts are clearly non-carnivorous. Most people I know have other people kill their meat. Instead of eating raw meat as all flesh-eating animals do, we fry, boil or roast our meat, then disguise it with all sorts of sauces, spices and toppings so that it bears virtually no resemblance at all to its natural state. Go figure that one!!
If man was built to run at the speed of a carnivore to catch its prey then tear it apart limb by limb with its teeth whilst lapping up its warm blood one might conclude that nature provided us with meat-eating instincts. That is why a cat will salivate at the smell of a piece of raw flesh and we humans do not.
Scientist and naturalists, including the great Charles Darwin who gave us the Theory of Evolution, agree that early humans were fruit and vegetable eaters and that throughout history our anatomy has not changed.
Still today we have the medical community spending billions of dollars on research for heart disease, diabetes and cancer yet in the last 10 years the incidence of all 3 of these diseases increased!!
Let us see if we can figure out a solution to this disease problem, it should take about 60 seconds of your time and it will cost you nothing.
Scientist know that carnivores have an almost unlimited capacity to handle saturated fats and cholesterol. They have also proven that if you add 3-4 gms of animal fat to the diet of a rabbit (grass eater) within 2 months it will develop atherosclerosis (heart disease).

Our digestive system, like the rabbit, is not designed to digest meat, and yet strangely we still cant figure out that the more meat we eat (along with processed foods) as a society the more diseased we get!!!
Bottom line is we are designed to eat fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. When we eat meat and processed foods we become diseased. Some people are able to handle the digestion of these foods better than others however it causes ACIDITY in us all. The more acidic your body the more diseased you will become.
The medical fraternity, (who are backed by the pharmaceutical giants) choose not to pass on this essential information purely because they do not make any money out of it. In the US, medications are the second biggest killer behind heart disease with cancer running third. Imagine the loss of income if all that was needed was to pass on three words; EAT MORE PLANTS.
