Wednesday /Thursday & Friday 28/29 and 30th of December
These days i just chilled with my training and did some gymnastic style technique training, nothing serious.
Alternated Things like the following:
L-seat to handstand alt with front lever pulls
Handstand walk 5m turn and back 5m and turn alt with skin the cat
1arm pull up eccentric drops alt with ice cream makers
Did count sets or reps just went by feel as it is way too hot in the arvos to do anything to serious.
Saturday 31st of December
I did the "unbreakable" workout with the class today and it was friggin hot which made it tough.
workout was 5 rounds of 25 reps of the following. If the set is broken before the 25 reps are reached you have to do 100 jump rope.
25m power wheel
25 JGXT feet up rows (only on an aerobic step which was more than enough)
25 push ups feet on a 24" box
25 JGXT Hammy curels
25 box jumps on 27" box (24" with 2 x 1.5 inch judo mats underneath.)
30 minute limit- I got through 4 and a half rounds. man i lost some fluid in this workout.
Sunday January 1st
Full day R & R today. This was the first actual day off having to be at the gym or work I have had in months so decided to leave the training out today also. Need a holiday!!
Monday 2nd of Jan
Today just kept it simple
3 Parallette HSPU
6 Pullups
9 30 inch box jumps
20 minute limit and got through 10 rounds. The day off yesterday certainly did the trick as i felt pretty good today.
